Welcome to Grid Blast ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Grid Blast mobile application ("App") and associated services. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Grid Blast is a block puzzle game application available on iOS and Android platforms. The App includes gameplay features, daily challenges, in-app purchases, and optional online services (such as leaderboards). The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors using the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
If you create an account or authenticate via a platform service (Apple Game Center, Google Play Games), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Purchase Terms: The App offers optional in-app purchases, including "Daily Plus — Unlimited Retries" for $3.99 USD (or equivalent in your region). Prices are set by the platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and may vary by currency and location.
Billing and Payment: Purchases are billed to your Apple ID or Google Play account. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment methods. We do not store your credit card information; billing is handled entirely by Apple or Google.
Refunds and Cancellation: Refund eligibility is governed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store refund policies, not by the Company. We do not issue refunds directly. Refund requests must be made through the App Store or Play Store within their specified timeframes (typically 15-48 hours of purchase).
Restore Purchases: You may restore previously purchased in-app products by initiating the "Restore Purchases" flow in the App settings. This is required by law on iOS.
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:
If the App offers leaderboard or score-sharing features, you retain ownership of your gameplay data. By participating, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your scores and user-provided data (such as your platform display name) on leaderboards and in promotional materials, subject to the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any information you submit. The Company reserves the right to remove fraudulent or inappropriate submissions and to suspend accounts that violate fair-play policies.
The App, including all graphics, sounds, mechanics, storylines, and other creative content, is owned by the Company or its licensors. All rights are reserved. You may not use any intellectual property from the App without express written permission from the Company.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct (including cheating, harassment, or illegal activity). Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, specifically the jurisdiction of the Company's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes.
Before pursuing legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the Company at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. If informal resolution fails, you may pursue claims in court as outlined in Section 12.
The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date indicates when these Terms were last revised.
